Daycare center, school, EKiZ – your working environment at WABE

WABE is a recognized child and youth welfare organization based in Hamburg. WABE e.V. and WABE Nord operate 30 daycare centers in Hamburg, Schleswig-Holstein, Hesse, Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania and Baden-Württemberg. We are cooperation partners in the all-day sector at four school locations and operate two parent-child centers. Our WABE International School in Pinneberg-Thesdorf opened its doors in September 2016. WABE is a non-partisan and non-denominational organization and is recognized as a non-profit organization. The association sets standards with modern facilities, excellent room concepts and pioneering pedagogy.

In all our facilities, our employees can expect an inspiring working environment with great teams, unique room concepts and high-quality materials. No two days are the same here. Educators, special needs teachers and social pedagogical assistants find a meaningful working environment in our versatile and modernly equipped functional rooms – whether in Hamburg, Schleswig-Holstein, Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, Hesse, Baden-Württemberg or internationally.

The experience-oriented creative approach of our open pedagogy of mindfulness is reflected in all rooms and facilities. They arouse curiosity. They are stimulating and challenging. They enable a variety of promotions and offers. Noise-insulated rooms and an atmospheric lighting concept also ensure a feel-good atmosphere in everyday work.

Our corporate culture is also based on mindfulness towards our employees.
