Our in-house WABE International Academy offers regular training courses as well as coaching and supervision as needed. The versatile pedagogical advanced training offer includes customized international and national advanced training and exchange programs with a very high practical relevance.
In cooperation with the State Vocational School for Social Pedagogy, WABE participates in the Hamburg Qualification Initiative for Social Pedagogy, which is aimed at interested career changers. This is an in-service training program for educators, which shortens the classic training in this field to 3 years, makes it more practice-oriented, and pays according to collective agreements.
Employee appreciation is something which is very important to us. As an expression of its gratitude and in recognition of all the hard work the employees put in, the management invites the staff to an annual kick-off event that features a lavish buffet and the opportunity to dance into the early hours.
